I entered an incorrect address, what can I do now?
If you mistyped or auto-entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at MyFurryFriends@web.de. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary as we ship from different fulfillment centers worldwide depending on your location. The average delivery time for 90% of our products is 2-3 business days. The remaining products have a slightly longer delivery time of 6-10 business days.
