Description: PUUR Probiotics is a highly effective supplementary feed that has been specially developed to support the balance in your animals' intestinal flora while ensuring healthy skin and coat, especially in stressful situations. The good gut bacteria contained in this product play a crucial role in maintaining intestinal balance and promote digestion and enzyme production.
Probiotics contribute to the production of short-chain fatty acids, which are essential for the health of intestinal cells. A healthy state of the intestinal cells is of great importance in order to prevent unwanted microorganisms from penetrating through the intestinal wall into the bloodstream.
This supplementary feed for ponies is particularly helpful in stressful situations or for animals with sensitive digestive systems.
Dosage:
- In the first week: twice a day
- Animals under 10 kg: 1 measuring spoon
- Animals from 10 to 25 kg: 2 measuring spoons
- Animals from 25 to 80 kg: 3 measuring spoons
- Animals over 80 kg: 5 measuring spoons
After the first week, the dosage can be reduced to once daily. Please stick to the recommended dosage.
The measuring spoon in the 150g pack contains approximately 2.5 grams of product.
If it is difficult to administer this product several times a day, it can also be given once a day or every two days, but at the maximum dose of one day. This method can be just as effective but may require more time to see results.
If improvement occurs, a maintenance dose can be taken, which is usually half the recommended dosage on the packaging. It is advisable to adjust the dosage according to your pet's reaction. A higher dosage may be required in the initial phase and the product can be safely administered in double dosage.

Probiotic units:
- 1 gram of PUUR Probiotics contains 1.0 billion CFU (colony forming units).
How to use: Mix the powder preferably in lukewarm water, let it rest for 15 minutes and then administer. Ideally, this should be done on an empty stomach.
Duration of treatment: In acute cases, the duration of treatment may be short, usually between a few days and 3 weeks. If improvement occurs, administration can be continued for a few days. For longer lasting symptoms, results are usually visible after 1 to 3 weeks. This product can be used long-term, with a rest week recommended every 6 to 8 weeks.
Interactions and contraindications: During pregnancy and lactation, use should always be carried out in consultation with your veterinarian. To date, no side effects or interactions have been reported with this product.
Storage: Store the product in a dry place at a temperature between 5-20°C and avoid direct sunlight. Keep it out of the reach of children. The best before date is stated on the label and packaging.
